Client Panel

Order and find your server

Audience: the service account holder. Availability: product stock, images, prices, and features depend on your purchased service.

Use Client Panel for hosted purchases. Review the product specification, network type, billing unit, renewal conditions, and recovery options. Do not pay into a Cloud Panel wallet for a Client Panel service unless support explicitly confirms that arrangement.

  1. Open Client Panel.
  2. Use its registration option if available.
  3. Enter an email address that you control.
  4. Follow any verification instructions shown there.

Cloud Panel public registration is a separate deployment setting and is disabled by default in LabsPanel. If Cloud Panel signup or recovery is unavailable, use the service management link or contact support. Team invitations grant scoped collaboration; they do not replace provider checkout or account ownership.

  1. Sign in to Client Panel.
  2. Open the product shop.
  3. Select an available service and location.
  4. Review the current operating system choices.
  5. Enter the requested hostname and authentication details.
  6. Review the complete order and payment terms.
  7. Complete the displayed checkout process.

Payment is not necessarily free. Do not copy historic prices or assume every product uses LAB Coin. Use only your public SSH key when a key is requested. Never paste your private key. Image availability does not mean every listed operating system is supported on every plan.

Payment confirmation and server provisioning are separate stages. Read the order status in Client Panel and the installation status in Cloud Panel. A queued request is not a ready server. There is no guaranteed provisioning time in this guide.

If installation fails, record the time and visible error. Contact support before retrying or ordering another service. Do not assume a failed installation triggers a refund. Ask support to review the existing order first.

  1. Open the purchased service in Client Panel.
  2. Follow its management link, such as Login to Product, if shown.
  3. Confirm the expected service in Cloud Panel.
  4. Open Servers and select the server.
  5. Check its state and installation progress.
  6. Choose a connection method.

The management link may use a provider sign-in integration. It does not establish that the two portals share passwords. If no server appears, check the selected workspace and service account before contacting support.

Keep purchase and runtime responsibilities separate

Section titled “Keep purchase and runtime responsibilities separate”

Hosted payment, renewal, suspension, and cancellation terms come from your Client Panel order. Stopping a server does not necessarily stop charges. Deleting a runtime resource does not necessarily cancel the provider service. Native LabsPanel wallet billing is an optional software capability, not a second payment instruction for externally billed services.

Success: your intended server appears in the correct workspace and its current state is available. For a missing service, send support the order reference privately. Never send passwords, sign-in links, or console launch URLs.
